Refund Policy

By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.

Orders cancellation or modification 

If you made a mistake with your order details or shipping address, you can make changes to orders placed within 24 hours of making their purchases. We do not accept changes of orders outside the 24 hours window because our orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment and logistics for processing the next business day. 

Please email us at support@bestwalkshoes.co with the subject ‘order # (put your order number)’ and we will gladly assist you of the order has not been shipped yet

Buyers are not allowed to cancel their purchases after their orders are shipped.

If you made a mistake with your order details or shipping address. Please send us an email to support@bestwalk.co and we will gladly assist you if the order has not yet been shipped.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

  • Damaged, faulty or wrong item(s)

If you received an item that is damaged, faulty, or the wrong item(s) we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order. However, take note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).

  • Item(s) with wrong color or size

If you receive an item that is in the wrong color or size than the one you originally ordered, please email us a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order and after confirmation, we will ship out the correct one at no additional cost.

Please take note of the following:

  • After 7 days of receiving the items, bestwalk shoes will no longer grant buyers request(s) for item replacement.
  • bestwalk shoes team will inspect/verify the photo(s) before issueing a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement or refund if it does not meet the above criteria

 Returns & Refund

Our policy lasts 30 days after your order has been delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and returned the same condition that you received it.

We do not refund refund shipping fees. 

Clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged (except for damaged or wrong items).

Customers will be responsible for shipping the items back to our warehouse.

Please take note that, bestwalk shoes team will inspect/verify the photo(s) before issuing a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement or refund if it does not meet the above criteria.

Import Duties, Tariffs, Taxes and Charges

Bestwalk shoes is not responsible for any custom laws, duties and charges that might be imposed for the goods purchased by the customer. The responsibility and cost of any taxes or duties solely lies on the customer.
